booklet that gives an introduction to celebrating the Lord's Day, offers
suggestions for holding a festive meal, talks about how Jesus would have
celebrated the Sabbath meal, and contains a ceremony for marking the
beginning and the end of the Lord's Day. In some browsers

materials for the first of two talks on the Lord's Day given by Steve Clark at
the 2004 North American Region's Summer Conference. This talk provides a
scriptural introduction to the Old Testament practice of keeping the Sabbath and
the New Testament observance of the Lord's Day. This document contains a the
outline itself, scripture passages used in the talk, a page discussing the early
Christian observance of the Lord's Day, our ecumenical decisions relating
to the Lord's Day, and an interesting study on the concept of "work."

Summer Conference. This talk provides a scriptural introduction to the Old
